Come celebrate the release of Big Spring Spirits‘s long awaited first release of straight whiskey! The head distiller, Philip Jensen, crafts each style of grain whiskey from 100% of each grain. So their wheat whiskey is 100% wheat, their corn whiskey is 100% corn and their rye whiskey is 100% rye. The straight whiskey is a blend of these whiskeys after they have individually reached two years of age. They have worked with master nosers, blenders and tasters to craft this spirit, and now you can taste for yourself what they have worked so hard and waited so long to bottle and release to the public! We are very excited to see what 2 years of barrel aging has created.
